Dashboard: porto kamu vs pasar, pertumbuhan setelah fee, dan Top-Up Indicator

Kinerja kamu dibandingkan IHSG, indeks reksa dana saham, LQ45, sampai S&P 500. Di Portfolio View, kamu lihat pertumbuhan porto setelah fee: berapa yang datang dari kenaikan saham, berapa dari dividen, berapa modal yang kamu setor, dan titik tertinggi sebelumnya yang harus dilewati sebelum ada fee lagi. Diperbarui setiap hari bursa.

Top-Up Indicator: indikator sederhana supaya kamu tahu kapan waktu yang tepat untuk menambah dana investasi, supaya return investasi kamu lebih optimal dalam jangka panjang. Keputusan untuk menambah dana tetap di tangan kamu.

Recompound cocok untuk siapa, dan berapa dana minimalnya?

Untuk kamu yang ingin investasi saham jangka panjang, minimal satu tahun, tapi tidak punya waktu atau keyakinan untuk mengurusnya sendiri. Juga untuk kamu yang sudah investasi sendiri dan ingin riset lebih dalam serta pendapat kedua, dengan keputusan tetap di tanganmu. Dana minimal untuk memulai Rp 50 juta. Kalau mau cuan cepat, ini bukan tempatnya.

Untuk siapa layanan kami
Bagaimana fee dihitung dan dibayar?

Biaya: biaya pendaftaran satu kali sebesar Rp 5.000.000 dan bagi hasil 20% dari keuntungan di atas high water mark (nilai tertinggi porto sebelumnya). Tidak ada biaya manajemen. Penasihat Investasi lain mungkin menawarkan struktur biaya yang berbeda. Perhitungan dilakukan setiap tanggal 27; tagihan dikirim lewat WhatsApp dan dibayar lewat transfer bank, bukan dipotong dari dana investasimu.

Kenapa ada biaya pendaftaran Rp 5 juta?

Karena begitu mendaftar, kamu langsung dapat akses penuh ke seluruh riset kami lewat dashboard klien: tesis setiap saham di porto, laporan bulanan, dan memo saat pasar bergejolak. Riset itu hasil kerja bertahun-tahun, dan kami tidak memegang danamu sama sekali, jadi biaya pendaftaran adalah pengaman kami kalau ada yang mendaftar hanya untuk mengambil idenya lalu pergi. Dibayar sekali di awal, tidak berulang; fee penasihat baru ada saat porto menembus titik tertinggi baru.

Soal biaya pendaftaran di panduan
Kapan saham dibeli dan dijual?

Rekomendasi beli dari Budi datang ketika bisnisnya bagus dan harganya jauh di bawah value perusahaan, dengan margin of safety. Rekomendasi jual datang ketika harga mencapai perkiraan value wajarnya, ketika ada peluang lain dengan margin of safety yang jauh lebih menarik, atau ketika alasan awal investasinya tidak lagi berlaku. Kapan harga bergerak, tidak ada yang tahu, jadi itu bukan bagian dari keputusan.

Bagaimana saham dipilih?

Tim riset Recompound menghitung value perusahaan dengan Fair Payback Period: berapa tahun laba normal yang pantas dibayar untuk seluruh bisnisnya, dinilai dari moat, pricing power, alokasi modal, dan kendali utang. Sebuah saham masuk porto hanya kalau harganya jauh di bawah value itu. Prosesnya terbuka, dan tesis setiap saham bisa dibaca di dashboard.
